Anyone who holds a managerial position in a shop (e.g., general managers, chief financial officers, operations managers, quality inspectors) will find content relevant to their work.
Although the conference takes place on the East Coast, folks from all over the country are welcome to register!
2. Should multiple people from my shop attend?
If more than one person in your shop wants to attend the conference, you don’t have to draw straws to determine who goes. NTMA has ensured that there will be breakout sessions and speakers catering to various managerial roles in your shop.

3. I’m new to NTMA. Will I feel left out if I attend the conference?

Our regional conferences (Engage Summit East and West) are shorter than our national conferences, and we ensure that every minute is jam-packed with valuable activities.

6. What types of sessions will Engage Summit East 2022 offer?
Engage Summit East 2022 features general sessions delivered to all conference attendees and breakout sessions that take place in smaller groups.
Breakout sessions are more interactive and niche and offer plenty of opportunities for questions. If you have multiple employees attending the conference, you’ll be able to split up and get more out of the sessions.

8. How much does the conference cost?
Because this conference is smaller than our national conference, Manufacturing Engage, Engage Summit tickets are one-third of the price, totaling just $395 per NTMA member.
We’ve also arranged for NTMA members to spend no more than $200 per night on their hotel accommodations.
