Automation is not about replacing skilled workers, but rather increasing productivity and making processes more efficient to free up time to work on more meaningful tasks and more productive work. Adopting modern technology and automation is also critical in order to attract a new generation to the industry. Millennials and Gen Z are the next eligible candidates as Baby Boomers begin to retire, and this next generation expects modern technology to support their jobs.
