Currently employed owner/top executive management will make up this like-minded and like size company cohort of 74 or less employees. Focusing on the daily challenges, opportunities, and unknowns in running a manufacturing company. The purpose of this executive cohort is to foster collaboration, learning, and a sharing environment among top tier peer to peer professionals. These sessions will provide a platform for brainstorming innovative ideas, insights, and exchanging best practices in a confidential setting and confidential commitment from all involved.
