Productivity Boost with Blaser MQL
October 20 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
The purpose of the webinar is to give a basic introduction to the membership on Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL). This would include the different types of MQL systems as well as general principles of this process. We will discuss where MQL makes sense and the need for a holistic approach involving the machine tool, the tooling, the application method as well as the proper fluid or Liquid Tool. We will also discuss specific materials and machining processes that make sense for this approach and how this can not only lower costs but also have large increases in machining productivity. There is a large network of people in the various disciplines that can help guide you if you have an appropriate process that makes sense for MQL.
